Team Leader – Telemarketing

About the role

The Team Leader – Telemarketing will manage and motivate a telemarketing team to generate qualified sales leads for financial products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the leader ensures the team meets targets while maintaining high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to set sales goals and develop call scripts.
• Monitor and review phone calls for quality, compliance, and best practices.
• Measure team performance, communicate quotas, and motivate staff to achieve targets.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Import new prospect numbers into the database and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Generate leads by calling database prospects, revisiting old leads, and supporting telemarketers on calls.
• Resolve customer complaints and handle related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• At least three years of successful telemarketing experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sales, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
