Customer Service Representative – Part‑Time

About the role

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others? U‑Haul is looking for friendly, motivated individuals to join our Oshawa location as a Customer Service Representative. You will work as part of a supportive team, acting as the face of U‑Haul’s service while inspecting, maintaining and dispatching equipment. The role includes on‑the‑job training and the use of modern technology.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside the center with U‑Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone‑based U‑Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move, hook up, clean and inspect trucks, trailers and other equipment.
• Prepare rental invoices, accept returns and install hitches or trailer wiring.
• Fill propane and operate a forklift after certification.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
