Team Leader – Retail Store

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Team Leader to join our retail store management team. Reporting to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will help drive daily operations, ensure high standards of customer service, and support a productive store environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and supervise store associates, providing day‑to‑day guidance.
• Oversee merchandising, shelf stocking, and the receipt and unpacking of shipments.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Handle manager‑on‑duty duties, including breaks, time‑keeping, and attendance.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues.
• Perform cash management, opening and closing procedures, and inventory tasks.
• Participate in employee training, hiring, and performance management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts.
• Ambition to grow within the company.
