Team Leader – Retail Coffee Boutique

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Team Leader for our Nespresso boutique. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, ensure operational excellence, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales.

Key responsibilities

• Brief the team on daily objectives and key performance indicators.
• Analyze KPI reports, coach associates, and ensure targets are met.
• Maintain clear communication with store management and staff.
• Create a positive brand experience for customers and stakeholders.
• Balance administrative duties with front‑of‑house service.

Required profile

• Passion for coffee, sustainability, and the Nespresso brand.
• 2–3 years of sales and team‑leadership experience in a high‑volume retail environment.
• Ability to stand for an entire shift and lift up to 23 kg repeatedly.
• Strong analytical and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using inventory management software.
