Team Leader – Management & Expertise Support

About the role

As a Team Leader for Management and Expertise Support, you will guide a high‑performing team of experienced professionals, ensuring the delivery of strategic initiatives and operational excellence. You will foster a motivating environment, drive talent development, and act as a key liaison with senior management and cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions for the unit.
• Define the unit’s service offering and ensure projects are planned and executed on time and within budget.
• Develop training, skills‑development strategies and action plans for team members.
• Resolve complaints and problems in line with organisational practices.
• Play a non‑decision‑making role in hiring, performance management, discipline and skills development.
• Manage the team’s budget and monitor performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across various fields and influence senior‑level decision‑making bodies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum eight years of relevant experience leading teams of senior professionals.
• Fluent French (required) and intermediate English.
• Strong action orientation, customer focus, decision‑quality, talent development and engagement capabilities.
