Tax Senior – Remote AI Training (up to $80/hr)

About the role

Ethos is seeking experienced tax seniors to help train a cutting‑edge AI language model on professional presentation and slide‑deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible engagement allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to AI‑driven tax advisory workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated tax presentation decks, technical position summaries, and client advisory slides.
• Develop reform impact analyses and tax provision communication materials.
• Ensure all outputs meet client‑ready quality standards and reflect complex tax concepts accurately.

Required profile

• CPA, JD, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 4 years experience at a top tax practice (e.g., Big Four).
• Proven ability to communicate complex tax positions in client‑ready materials.
• Exceptional written communication and meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (expert‑level slide craftsmanship).
