Talent Operations Associate

About the role

Ondo Finance is seeking a Talent Operations Associate to build and own the operational foundation of its growing People function. This associate‑level position blends interview coordination with strategic project work across recruiting, people operations, HR administration, and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end interview scheduling for all stages using Greenhouse and any additional tools you implement.
• Design, document, and launch a complete interview coordination operating model, including intake processes, SLAs, and recruiter workflows.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and interviewers, handling rescheduling, cancellations, and time‑zone complexities.
• Support offer letter generation, onboarding documentation, and the transition from candidate to new hire.
• Maintain accurate, audit‑ready ATS data and establish reporting workflows for recruiting analytics.
• Assist with compensation cycles, performance management, and year‑end benefits enrollment.

Required profile

• Systems‑oriented and detail‑driven with a passion for building scalable processes.
• Associate‑level experience in talent acquisition or HR operations, capable of reliable interview coordination.
• Strong project ownership mindset, eager to evolve beyond task execution.
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
