About the role
The Talent & Culture Manager will lead the design and execution of programs that engage employees, align them with company values, and drive organizational effectiveness. This role supports a culture of flexibility, professional growth, and community impact within Rexall Pharmacy Group.
Key responsibilities
- Support the creation of an exceptional employee experience that attracts and retains talent needed for business transformation.
- Promote organizational effectiveness competencies through education, partnership, and consultation with HR Business Partners.
- Utilize diagnostic tools such as employee surveys, performance management, and talent reviews to inform HR decision‑making.
- Facilitate the embedding of cultural values and the development of a unique, sustainable organizational culture.
- Lead selection, implementation, and optimization of technologies that support talent processes.
- Partner with the DEI Council to set DEI goals, develop strategies, and communicate plans.
- Support DEI Council and Employee Resource Groups in creating events, materials, and educational programs.
- Monitor internal and external diversity trends and legal developments affecting policy.
- Perform additional duties as required to support Rexall Pharmacy Group Ltd.
Required profile
- College diploma in Business, HR Management or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Organizational Effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, change management, and organization development methodologies.
- Strategic thinker with expert knowledge of HR/OE trends and practices.
- Ability to think systemically and navigate large‑scale systems.
- Experience influencing senior executives and strong client management skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication, project/program management, and consulting abilities.
