Talent Consultant – Tax

About the role

EY is looking for a Talent Consultant focused on the Tax service line. In this role you will support business leaders, employees, and the Talent function by delivering data‑driven talent strategies that align with organizational priorities and enhance employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on talent components of strategy, using data and insights to drive high‑quality decisions.
• Lead global, regional and local talent programs in line with the firm’s talent strategy.
• Drive annual talent processes such as compensation, performance management and promotions, ensuring consistency and fairness.
• Act as primary HR contact for assigned leaders, advising on restructuring, M&A and transformation initiatives.
• Provide coaching on team dynamics, leadership effectiveness and organizational culture.
• Champion inclusion, diversity, belonging and wellbeing initiatives.
• Lead talent reviews, leadership development and succession planning.
• Analyze engagement and talent data to identify trends and develop actionable strategies.
• Provide workforce insights, oversee planning, strategic hiring and headcount forecasting.
• Collaborate with Finance and business leaders on workforce modeling and transitions.
• Manage talent‑related projects, apply change‑management strategies and ensure measurable impact.
