About the role

We are looking for a Talent Attraction Partner to join Salesforce’s Employee Success team. In this role you will attract, assess and nurture top talent across Sales, Customer Success, and Technology & Product functions, supporting our AI‑driven CRM business.

Key responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates from inbound, referrals, internal talent pools and outbound channels.
  • Conduct competency‑based assessments to ensure high‑quality candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines within our CRM for current and future hiring needs.
  • Submit qualified candidates to recruiting partners for final selection and coaching.

Required profile

  • 3+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience in sales, CSG, or technology/product roles.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive talent advocacy.
  • Strong organizational, project management and detail‑orientation skills.
  • Self‑starter with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

  • Experience with sourcing tools and innovative talent acquisition strategies.
