About the role

McKesson is seeking a Talent Advisor to lead high‑volume recruiting for entry‑level warehouse and operations positions. This contract role partners closely with hiring managers to translate workforce needs into strong candidate pipelines, ensuring fast and compliant hiring processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for entry‑level warehouse and operations roles, from sourcing strategy through offer execution.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR partners, and business leaders to align hiring goals, timelines, and selection criteria.
• Guide hiring managers on structured interviewing and ensure legally compliant selection practices.
• Monitor and improve recruiting metrics such as service level agreements, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience.
• Support offer development, approvals, and promote the Employee Referral Program.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably in high‑volume environments.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions through data and process insight.
• Working knowledge of basic employment law and compliant interviewing practices.
