Recruiter – In‑House Temp (Mississauga)

About the role

Kelly is seeking an In‑House Recruiter on a temporary full‑time basis to support its Mississauga operations. You will drive talent acquisition for a variety of industrial and warehouse positions, ensuring the right candidates are matched with the right roles.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full life‑cycle recruiting for multiple levels and geographic markets.
• Source, attract, and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards and the Bullhorn ATS.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and maintain fair, equitable selection processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting, preferably in an industrial or warehouse environment.
• Background working for a staffing agency or on‑site with an industrial client is preferred.
• Customer‑centric mindset with strong relationship‑building abilities.
• Results‑driven, action‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
