Talent Acquisition Specialist – Remote

About the role

PSI CRO is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for positions across the United States and Canada. This fully remote, full‑time role focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring talent for clinical research, pharma and biotech functions within a fast‑moving global CRO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
• Develop and maintain job advertisements on career sites, job boards and social media platforms.
• Source candidates using resume databases, ATS, social media and referral channels.
• Coordinate and conduct first‑stage interviews, assess candidate fit and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Maintain applicant data, interview outcomes and pipeline metrics in the ATS.
• Provide regular recruiting analytics and progress reports to hiring managers and the Training & Resourcing team.
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and promote PSI’s employer brand.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years of talent sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical or biotech recruitment is a plus.
• Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers and external agencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using resume databases and candidate management tools.
• Effective use of social media platforms for recruiting.
• Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate assessment methods.
