Talent Acquisition Specialist – Recruitment & Employer Branding

About the role

Join Soucy as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and play a key part in building high‑performing teams across our production and corporate units. You will shape the candidate experience while supporting the company’s growth through strategic hiring initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, including production roles.
• Conduct telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews to evaluate candidate fit.
• Assess candidates’ skills against job requirements and coordinate selection steps, reference checks, and application follow‑up.
• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies using technology and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create and update accurate job descriptions.

Required profile

• AEC, DEC, or certificate in administration or human resources.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong organizational and priority‑management abilities.
• Curiosity about recruitment trends and innovative practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Teams for virtual interviewing.
