Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process for Germain Hotels’ hotels and restaurants. You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, source qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions, from posting and sourcing to interviews, recommendations and verification steps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies aligned with operational challenges and market context.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles, monitoring high‑volume periods and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Assess applications using sound judgment on experience, skills, potential and cultural fit.
• Ensure job postings are attractive and consistent with Germain Hotels’ employer brand.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus events and maintain relationships with hospitality schools and talent partners.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects aimed at improving processes, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably in a high‑volume, multi‑site hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong analytical ability to understand workforce needs and propose practical recruitment solutions.
• Excellent judgment, professionalism and influence when interacting with hiring managers and candidates.
• Highly autonomous, organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving setting.

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Experience using sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn.
