Talent Acquisition Partner (Business Facing)

About the role

As a Business Facing Recruiter for Johnson Controls, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for North America hiring needs. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, ensuring a seamless, data‑driven hiring experience while promoting the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to guide them through selection, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Utilize Power BI to monitor recruitment metrics, generate reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage candidate communications at the offer stage, delivering a high‑touch professional experience.
• Maintain accurate records in Workday and other ATS platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to draft job descriptions, schedule interviews and analyze candidate data.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing Johnson Controls’ values during all candidate interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of recruiting experience with strong interview facilitation, stakeholder management and offer negotiation.
• Experience in high‑volume manufacturing recruitment is a plus.
• Proven ability to use data to drive hiring outcomes and improve processes.
