Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to modernize and streamline our recruitment function. You will lead a small, high‑performing team, drive AI‑enabled sourcing, and shape the overall hiring strategy in partnership with senior HR leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement AI‑enabled sourcing and screening tools to improve candidate quality.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for corporate and operational positions.
• Oversee ATS administration, reporting, and integration with ERP systems.
• Develop internal mobility, succession‑focused sourcing strategies, and campus recruitment programs.
• Manage employer branding and talent marketing initiatives.
• Use talent analytics to forecast hiring needs and track key performance indicators.
• Mentor and support a small talent acquisition team.
• Collaborate closely with senior HR and business leaders.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, including high‑volume corporate recruiting.
• 2–3 years in a leadership or team‑lead role.
• Proven ability to drive process improvement and technology adoption.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience with iCIMS, Paradox, HireVue, Eightfold, or LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Expertise in sourcing, talent pipelines, analytics, and employer branding.
• Familiarity with internal mobility and campus hiring programs.
