Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager

About the role

Join TJX Canada as a Talent Acquisition Enablement Manager and lead the evolution of our recruitment function. You will shape strategy, technology, and data initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and an exceptional candidate experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Service Delivery leaders to translate hiring needs into enablement solutions.
• Define and execute the TA enablement roadmap, prioritising enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Own and continuously improve recruitment technology, including Workday and related tools.
• Develop and lead a data and analytics strategy to provide actionable insights for leadership.
• Drive process optimisation and employer brand projects to ensure consistency and a best‑in‑class candidate journey.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, managing leaders or cross‑functional teams.
• Proven track record of leading projects, programs or operational transformation initiatives.
