Systems Administrator

About the role

The Systems Administrator will provide day‑to‑day administration and operational support for the organization’s computer systems. This role ensures reliable user access, backup and recovery processes, and optimal performance of hardware and software resources.

Key responsibilities

• Configure, install, and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access permissions.
• Perform software upgrades, apply patches, and manage backup and recovery operations.
• Monitor system workloads, adjust resources, and troubleshoot performance issues.
• Support and configure the client’s network, including middleware, gateways, and related hardware.
• Collaborate with managers to define technical scopes, develop RFP specifications, and participate in vendor selection.
• Provide customer‑focused support, documentation, and training for non‑technical users.

Required profile

• Proven experience in systems administration, user access management, and backup/recovery processes.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with effective communication skills.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting deadlines.
