Supply Technician Instructor (QL3‑QL6A) – Full‑time Contract

About the role

Calian is looking for four experienced Senior Military Occupational Instructors to deliver Supply Technician training for the Canadian Armed Forces. The role focuses on QL3, QL5 and QL6A Material Management courses and combines both classroom and virtual instruction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and support instruction for QL3, QL5 and QL6A Material Management courses.
• Develop, administer and grade student assessments according to training plans.
• Provide weekly guidance, feedback and academic support through virtual sessions and office hours.
• Collaborate with Course Directors and staff to enhance curriculum using subject‑matter expertise.
• Demonstrate material‑management processes using DRMIS and DND systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Technician Instructor or similar at QL3, QL5 and QL6A levels.
• Strong understanding of Material Management training frameworks.
• Ability to deliver both asynchronous and synchronous instruction.
• Valid Government of Canada Reliability Clearance.
