Supply Chain Process Manager (Digital Transformation)

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Process Manager to transform complex operations into streamlined, scalable, and digitally enabled processes. In this role you will design and optimize end-to-end supply-chain workflows that drive efficiency, resilience and long-term value, working at the intersection of strategy, operations and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and continuously improve end-to-end supply-chain process architectures aligned with strategic goals.
• Translate objectives such as growth, efficiency, resilience and cost optimisation into scalable process designs and operating models.
• Define business rules, decision frameworks, governance controls and workflow logic to support automation and orchestration initiatives.
• Lead process design for BPM and workflow platforms, ensuring business requirements are turned into digital solutions.
• Collaborate with supply-chain, technology, architecture and transformation teams to implement process improvements and digital initiatives.
• Establish and monitor process performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and measure business impact.
• Promote end-to-end process ownership and help break functional silos.
• Contribute to standards, methodologies and best practices that raise process-management maturity.

Required profile

• 5-8+ years of experience in business process management, process transformation, operational excellence or digital enablement.
• Hands-on experience with BPM, workflow orchestration or automation platforms such as Pega, Appian, ServiceNow, Camunda or similar.
• Proven ability to convert business strategy and operational objectives into practical, executable process designs.
• Experience partnering with technology teams to support digital transformation and enterprise system implementations.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end process mapping, workflow design, governance and process optimisation methodologies.
