Vending Machine Associate

About the role

POP MART is looking for a part‑time Vending Machine Associate to manage its RoboShop vending machines in the New York City area. You will ensure machines are stocked, clean, and operating smoothly while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain RoboShop vending machines, including daily cleaning and troubleshooting.
• Restock products, monitor inventory levels, and handle merchandise up to 50 lb.
• Process customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist warehouse staff with inbound and outbound product movements and inventory allocation.
• Support leasing paperwork and contract file management for RoboShop locations.
• Provide occasional in‑store assistance for sales in the NYC area.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

Required profile

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least six months of retail or related experience.
• Strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and self‑motivation.
• Flexible availability for nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
