Supply Chain Analyst – Distribution & Inventory Optimization

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, self‑driven Supply Chain Analyst to optimise distribution, inventory and collaborative operations across our franchise network. The role will support franchisee success and drive supply‑chain excellence through data‑driven analysis and partner coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for day‑to‑day distributor and franchisee operations, ensuring accurate information sharing and timely communication.
• Validate distributor data, track inventory levels and lead times, and consolidate order guide information for pricing accuracy.
• Compile and analyse sales and internal data to improve order fulfilment, monitor productivity and anticipate risks.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels at distributors and third‑party storage, managing obsolescence and shelf‑life risks.
• Partner with internal teams, 3PLs, suppliers and retail locations to review pricing, service levels and contract compliance.
• Track and analyse supply‑chain budgets and KPIs such as cost per unit, freight costs and inventory carrying costs, identifying efficiency gains.
• Support Operations in resolving supply issues and ensuring consistent product availability.
• Perform additional tasks as required to support overall supply‑chain operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years experience in warehouse, inventory or distribution operations; retail or food‑service background preferred.
• Strong organisational skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across North America; passport required for occasional international travel.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience working with ERP systems.
