Supervisor - Supply Chain Operations

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Supply Chain Operations Supervisor to lead a high‑performing team in a remote‑first environment. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics partners, distribution centres and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transportation and fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the supply chain operations team, set priorities and manage performance.
• Oversee daily activities with third‑party logistics providers, transportation partners, distribution centres, inventory management and vendor onboarding.
• Serve as the primary communication hub to meet contractual service levels and customer expectations.
• Coordinate seasonal planning, peak‑period operations and project initiatives with internal and external partners.
• Plan holiday and peak‑volume capacity, including trailer scheduling, logistics coordination and contingency planning.
• Monitor operational metrics, analyse trends and drive process optimisation.
• Support business transformation projects and contribute to more efficient workflows.

Required profile

• Diploma or post‑secondary education in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation Management or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics, transportation or supply chain operations.
• At least 2 years of experience supervising or leading teams.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes, warehouse operations and third‑party logistics.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
