Supervisor for Bookkeepers and Accounting Clerks

About the role
The firm is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team of bookkeepers and accounting clerks. You will ensure daily accounting operations run smoothly while supporting staff development and maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule events, programs, activities and work assignments for the team.
- Train staff on duties and policies, prepare and submit reports, and resolve work‑related problems.
- Provide technical advice, recommend productivity and quality improvements, and coordinate activities with other departments.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 3 to less than 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting supervision.
- Experience supervising 1‑2 people and coordinating work across units.
