Studio Director – Venture Studio Operations Lead

About the role

We need an Operational Commander to step into the cockpit of our Venture Studio. This remote, high‑availability role leads the entire incubation engine, overseeing cross‑company execution and capital allocation in the fast‑moving Web3 economy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the operational blueprint of the Venture Studio, ensuring elite efficiency of processes, workflows and communication loops.
• Supervise incubator projects from ideation to launch, keeping portfolio founders metrics‑driven and aligned with global standards.
• Inspire and mentor a decentralized team of specialists across legal, compliance, design, marketing and engineering.
• Manage the studio budget and capital deployment pipelines with precise efficiency.
• Architect long‑term vision and macro‑strategy, identifying emerging market sectors before they become mainstream.
• Serve as connective tissue across portfolio companies, synchronising technical roadmaps, marketing launches and operational handovers.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in a venture studio, accelerator, high‑growth startup ecosystem or tech enterprise.
• Analytical rigor: decisions based on hard data, resource throughput and clear risk assessment.
• Hyper‑availability: on‑call 7 days a week to manage a 24/7 operation across time zones.
• Deep native understanding of the Web3 landscape, including decentralized logistics and on‑chain ecosystem dynamics.
• Exceptional remote organisational capability to navigate a massive portfolio matrix.
