Strategy Consultant – AI Training & Evaluation

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As a Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic project scenarios and evaluation frameworks that enable AI agents to learn high‑level business reasoning.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments that reflect industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents, covering market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimization, growth strategy, operational diagnosis, benchmarking, and more.
• Define evaluation criteria, grading rubrics, and golden‑answer solutions to train and calibrate an LLM‑based grading system.
• Collaborate remotely with a team of former top‑tier consultants to ensure authenticity and rigor of the scenarios.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on consulting experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney, or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses, and synthesizing messy inputs into client‑ready deliverables.
• Comfort delivering recommendations under time pressure and uncertainty.
