Strategic Development Program Trainee

About the role

The Strategic Development Program Trainee will rotate through five phases to gain hands‑on experience across EMCO’s business, from warehouse logistics to account management.

Key responsibilities

• Phase 1 – Warehouse Logistics: learn product flow from vendor to customer and support sales.
• Phase 2 – Operations: assist with customer service, order management, inventory, pricing, credit, and financial statements.
• Phase 3 – Inside Sales/Project Management: support customers and manage large‑scale projects.
• Phase 4 – Account Management: identify new business, sell products, negotiate contracts, and build relationships.
• Phase 5 – Career path selection: apply training to choose a preferred career direction.

Required profile

• College or university degree.
