About the role
We are looking for a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our retail location in Sangudo. The role involves overseeing staff, managing merchandise, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily store operations.
- Evaluate and plan daily activities to meet performance targets.
- Determine merchandise and services to be sold.
- Assess staffing requirements and supervise 1‑2 employees.
- Oversee payroll administration and conduct performance reviews.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of retail management experience.
- Ability to work shifts in a fast‑paced environment.
- Organized, detail‑oriented team player.
- Access to public transportation.
