Store Loader – Customer Service Support

About the role

Join RONA’s customer service team as a Store Loader, where you will play a vital part in creating a smooth shopping experience for DIY enthusiasts and contractors. You will work directly with customers, helping them load purchases into carts or vehicles and ensuring the store environment runs efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a friendly, helpful experience.
• Assist customers in loading products onto carts or directly into their vehicles.
• Deliver carts to customers who need assistance and collect carts from the parking lot.
• Support the customer service and checkout teams as needed.
• Return merchandise left at the returns desk to the appropriate departments.
• Stay informed about current promotions and flyers.
• Follow store policies on loss prevention, health, and safety.
• Perform other related tasks to keep the store operating smoothly.
