About the role

Join the Winners retail team in West Vancouver as a Store Associate. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment while delivering excellent customer service. This part‑time position offers on‑site work in a fast‑paced store setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Perform cashier duties, process transactions accurately, and handle returns.
• Support fitting room operations and maintain a tidy sales floor.
• Assist with back‑room tasks such as stocking, inventory checks, and merchandising.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Participate in training and development programs to build retail skills.
