About the role
Join the Banquets team at Hotel Arts Group as a Steward (Dishwasher). You will play a vital part in maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of all dishware, cutlery, and kitchen equipment for busy events.
Key responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize all dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, and related items.
- Receive, organize, and store equipment, china, and plateware after events.
- Wash kitchen equipment, inserts, and ensure all work areas are tidy.
- Maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE) throughout the shift.
- Complete all tasks to set up the morning team for success.
Required profile
- Strong communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift up to 20 lb consistently.
- Flexible schedule – availability for nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends.
Required skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
