About the role
We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily operations at our Headicure ASMR Spa in Vancouver. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate, and organize daily spa operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Plan and control budget, inventory, and marketing contracts.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of 1‑2 employees.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation (high school) required.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Availability for flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime.
