About the role
Join the Alexander Keith’s retail team at Labatt, delivering a positive customer experience in the brewery’s retail store and supporting visitors with beer knowledge and merchandise.
Key responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience through service excellence in the Alexander Keith’s retail store.
- Support customers in their purchases with knowledge of beer, merchandise, and brewery tour experiences.
- Manage customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and well‑stocked workspace.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties.
- Act as an ambassador of the Alexander Keith’s Brewery.
Required profile
- Must be 19 years or older.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Well‑organized with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of brewing processes is an asset.
