About the role
We are looking for a proactive Spa Manager to lead daily operations at our Thai Healing Wellness & Massage Clinic in Beaumont. You will ensure a high‑quality experience for clients while managing a small team of staff.
Key responsibilities
- Direct, evaluate, and organize daily spa operations.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Hire, train, and supervise a team of 3‑4 employees.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work various shifts: morning, day, or evening.
