About the role
We are seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily operations at our spa in Toronto. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring high-quality treatments, and managing client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and control daily operations.
- Plan and organize daily operations.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Hire, train and supervise staff.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Oversee project management initiatives.
- Provide body care and treatment services.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 3 to less than 5 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to supervise 1‑2 staff members.
- Team player with goal‑oriented mindset.
- Strong leadership skills.
