About the role
RAMPART STRATEGY is seeking a Social Policy Consultant to support government and partner organisations in shaping housing and social programmes. You will work in a hybrid environment, analysing demographic, economic and social trends to inform policy decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse data and assess demographic, economic and social developments.
- Conduct surveys, develop questionnaires and compile statistics on social issues.
- Prepare research papers, reports and educational materials on housing and related policies.
- Provide consulting services to government bodies and other organisations.
- Plan and coordinate social services and develop social programmes.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong client focus, reliability and teamwork.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
