Full-Time Receptionist

About the role

Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a Full-Time Receptionist to join the team at Frost GM in Brampton. This role involves handling telephone communications, welcoming customers, vehicle licensing, and supporting administrative tasks in a busy dealership environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage telephone communications and reception duties.
• Welcome customers visiting the showroom and determine the purpose of their visit.
• Handle vehicle licensing and related administration.
• Prepare information for dealer trade pick‑up and collect receipts/payments.
• Perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent telephone demeanor with accurate message recording.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Friendly, pleasant manner.
• Organizational ability and attention to detail.
• Ownership of problems with a positive attitude.
• Calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
• Minimum two years of reception experience (or equivalent).
• Dealership experience preferred.
• Experience with One‑Eighty or other CRM systems preferred.
• Availability Monday‑Friday with occasional Saturday shifts.
• Licensing experience required.
