Social & Partnerships Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Social & Partnerships Specialist to own our content strategy, nurture our community, and eventually manage influencer collaborations and press relationships. The role sits at the intersection of creative planning and relationship building, reporting directly to the Creative Lead.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear content calendar for Instagram and TikTok, coordinating with the Creative Lead on shoot requirements.
• Manage inbound messages, comments, and direct messages with speed and brand‑consistent tone.
• Track content performance, interpret key metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• As the role evolves, vet and negotiate partnerships with creators, turning interest into repostable content.
• Build and maintain relationships with editors, journalists, and media outlets in the outdoor and pet sectors, pitching stories and coordinating press samples.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle planning and execution without friction.
• Excellent written communication, able to reflect the brand voice in every interaction.
• Data‑aware mindset: comfortable monitoring metrics and making data‑informed decisions.
• Collaborative attitude, ready to brainstorm with the founder and Creative Lead.

Required skills

• Experience managing content calendars for Instagram and TikTok.

• Basic performance tracking and reporting.
