About the role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist will drive the strategy, execution, and performance of organic social media programs for a portfolio of brands, with a focus on a CPG beverage brand in the United States. The role blends deep CPG marketing knowledge with social media best practices to create agile, performance‑driven content.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organic social media strategy and daily operations for assigned brands.
• Develop strategic roadmaps, content calendars, and tentpole campaign plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Translate social strategy into executional deliverables across multiple workstreams.
• Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting opportunities for optimization.
• Monitor cultural and platform trends to insert brands into real‑time conversations.
• Analyze performance metrics and apply insights to future content recommendations.
• Mentor junior team members, ensuring operational excellence and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with strategy, creative, media, and client teams.
• Identify new growth opportunities through content innovation and workflow improvements.
• Coordinate with third‑party agencies or vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social strategy and client‑facing roles.
• Background in CPG marketing, preferably with premium or fashion‑beauty brands.
• Hands‑on experience in content planning, community management, and influencer campaign execution.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
