Social Media Manager

About the role

Neon One is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic social media strategy for its nonprofit software solutions. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Communications, you will create and execute content that drives brand awareness, audience engagement, and measurable business impact in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end social media strategy, from ideation through execution, reporting and optimization.
• Create and curate customer‑centric content for LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant platforms.
• Produce graphics and lightweight video assets (explainers, ads, how‑tos, testimonials) that support storytelling and product marketing.
• Manage daily organic operations: scheduling, publishing, community engagement and moderation.
• Leverage AI tools such as Gemini, Canva AI and CapCut AI to scale production while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align social initiatives with broader business goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date on platform updates, emerging trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing organic social media for B2B or nonprofit audiences.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit sector challenges and the ability to craft authentic, customer‑focused messaging.
• Ability to move quickly from concept to finished product, including short‑form video and multi‑post series.
• Excellent written communication with a focus on maintaining a consistent brand voice.
