About the role

Vora is looking for a creative Social Media Content Creator who will own the Instagram Reels strategy and execution. You will turn ideas into viral short‑form videos, work closely with the marketing team, and help expand Vora’s presence across Tier 1 English‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Watch and take notes on internal training modules daily.
• Generate fresh content ideas by researching competitors and high‑performing internal assets.
• Use AI tools to prototype concepts and bring them to life.
• Edit short‑form videos in CapCut, applying advanced techniques taught in training.
• Publish content on assigned social channels every day.
• Incorporate feedback from content managers quickly and consistently.
• Respond to performance‑driven content requests to boost reach and conversion.

Required profile

• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Deep passion for social media trends, Gen‑Z humor, and American pop culture.
• Excellent visual aesthetic sense and a viral‑first mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time independently, and hold yourself accountable.

Required skills

• CapCut video‑editing software.
• AI content‑generation tools (e.g., text‑to‑video, image generators).
