Social Media Assistant (Part‑time, Hybrid – Vancouver)

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Social Media Assistant to support our creator‑focused studio in Vancouver. Working hybrid, you will help keep our digital channels fresh, coordinate content production, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the content calendar for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, tracking posting cadence, partnership deadlines and series sequencing.
• Synchronise the creator’s personal schedule with content shoots, travel plans and deliverable windows.
• Extract weekly performance data from Meta Business Suite and prepare concise analytics snapshots.
• Generate and pitch video concepts, while flagging ideas that may stray from the brand’s voice.
• Monitor emerging audio, formats and creator trends on TikTok and Instagram, sharing insights before they peak.
• Manage affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Storefront) – uploading links, curating collections and performing monthly reviews.
• Assist on‑site during shoots and handle ad‑hoc administrative or production tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Experience working with a creator, talent agency, brand partnership team, or running your own content brand.
• Background in marketing and a genuine passion for interiors, design, travel and technology.
• Fluent in TikTok and Instagram trend cycles, able to anticipate what will resonate.
• Comfortable using Notion (or similar) and highly organised.
• Valid driver’s licence and a proactive, curious mindset.
