About the role
We are seeking a dedicated soccer coach to lead our competitive programs at Calgary Foothills Soccer Club. The role involves planning training sessions, managing teams, and traveling to competitions.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out management duties and coordinate competitive programs.
- Develop well‑planned competitive schedules and programs.
- Plan, develop and implement training and practice sessions for athletes.
- Motivate and prepare athletes or teams for competitive events.
- Participate in coaching clinic instruction and analyze team performance.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2 to less than 3 years of coaching experience.
- Level 1 Certificate in Coaching.
- Valid driver's licence, own vehicle and willingness to travel regularly, including cross‑border trips.
- Ability to work outdoors and adapt to flexible hours.
