About the role

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Skilled Licensed Technician to join our Expressway Ford Lincoln service team. The successful candidate will perform maintenance and repair work on trucks, handling both gasoline and diesel systems while upholding our high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on trucks, including gas and diesel duties.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship that meets dealership standards 100% of the time.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment and multitask across multiple jobs.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety and procedural guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Team-player attitude with the ability to work under pressure.
• Valid driver’s licence and bondable status.
• Ford experience preferred but not mandatory.
