Skilled Labourer

About the role

We are seeking a Labourer to join our civil construction crews in the Fraser Valley. You will work alongside a skilled crew on municipal and transportation infrastructure projects, gaining hands‑on experience while contributing to community‑focused developments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general labour tasks such as site cleanup, material handling and basic tool use.
• Support crews and equipment operators with ground assistance, spotting and basic traffic control.
• Assist with mobilization/demobilisation, tool and small‑equipment care.
• Help with measurements, layout, quality checks and maintaining safe work areas.
• Participate in daily/weekly site meetings and uphold WorkSafeBC standards.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years civil construction experience.
• Willingness to learn and work around heavy equipment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Valid Canadian driver’s licence with a clean abstract.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing project demands.
