Site Superintendent – Restaurant Project

About the role

Novacom Building Partners is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the construction of a new ground‑up restaurant in Penticton, BC. This on‑site leader will coordinate trades, solve real‑time challenges, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and maintain high safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate trades and suppliers, building strong relationships to keep work progressing efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with the project management team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Act as the on‑site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients.
• Manage field documentation, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking using Procore, Outbuild, and other tools.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost efficiencies, and provide regular financial updates to leadership.

What we offer

• Fully covered accommodation while on‑site away from home.
• Living out allowance of $75 per day.
• Standard Monday‑Friday day shift with occasional weekend work to meet milestones.
