Site Superintendent – Renovation Projects

About the role

The construction company is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead renovation projects across Southwestern Ontario. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate trades, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all daily site activities for renovation projects valued between $1M and $10M.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, site staff, consultants, and inspectors.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.
• Enforce site safety standards and comply with Ontario construction regulations.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to support execution.
• Identify and resolve site issues promptly and professionally.
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Monitor workmanship, quality standards, and site logistics.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and safety records.
• Support project closeout, deficiency management, and client handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in renovation, commercial, institutional, industrial, or multi‑residential construction.
• Experience managing projects in the $1M–$10M range is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across Southwestern Ontario.
