Site Superintendent

About the role

We are looking for a Site Superintendent to lead construction projects across Ontario. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial planning through to final hand‑over, ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project progress, conduct quality assurance checks and maintain accurate site records.
• Communicate regularly with internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets, schedules and resources to achieve project objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction management of industrial, commercial or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Required skills

• Blueprint and construction drawing interpretation.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations in construction.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
