Site Superintendent

About the role

Wyloo is seeking a Site Superintendent to lead the daily operations of its Esker remote mining camp in northern Ontario. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will ensure the site runs safely, efficiently and to the highest standards while supporting the company’s sustainable mining objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site activities including logistics, maintenance, and health & safety compliance.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of workers, contractors and service providers.
• Manage daily scheduling, equipment upkeep, supply chain and emergency response planning.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety audits and ensure adherence to OHSA regulations.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager and corporate operational teams to align site performance with project goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising teams in remote or fly‑in/fly‑out camp environments.
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities such as operations, maintenance, logistics and personnel.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Current OHSA Supervisor training.
• Standard First Aid & CPR‑AED C certification.
• Valid Ontario Class G driver’s licence (or equivalent).
